Unexpected Snow Week last week, so this week's lesson plan covers last weeks intended plans
Cosmetology I
Students will be given a performance-based assessment checklist and instructions
Students will have several services/performances to work on and get checked for proficient. Students will get several chances to master a service.
Students will be able to individually discuss assessment--where they stand and what still needs to be accomplished
Cosmetology II and Adv. Cosmetology
Students will review the different types of haircuts--discuss their degrees and how to accomplish
practice cutting a layered cut on manikin and then style as desired
Teacher will assess if haircuts matches the students' intentions and principles of haircutting.
